Steph was the 2018 Goldwell Colorzoom UK GOLD Winner which lead to her representing the UK on a Global stage. She is a Goldwell Colour Master with experience of London Fashion week. Steph is also a Great Lengths Hair Extensions specialist.
Siobhan
Salon Manager
With over a decade of experience, Siobhan brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and leadership to the salon. Having started her career aboard cruise ships before moving into salon management and ownership, her journey has shaped her into a confident and highly skilled stylist.
Now managing the salon under the Stephanie Jones brand, Siobhan continues to be a driving force behind the team’s growth and high standards. She is a Goldwell Master Colorist and an educator for Kerasilk, regularly travelling to London for training and delivering education sessions in other Goldwell salons across the region.
Specialising in colour transformations, restyles, and creative hair-up work, Siobhan is passionate about helping clients look and feel their absolute best. Her experience, combined with her love for the industry, makes her an inspiring mentor to the team and a trusted stylist to her loyal clientele.
Michelle
Creative Designer
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Michelle brings a calm confidence and wealth of knowledge to the salon floor. She began her career with the well-known Regis salons, where she developed her skills and later moved into salon management; shaping her into the accomplished stylist she is today.
Michelle is known as our resident perm expert and the queen of big, bouncy blow-dries. She has a keen eye for creative colour work and loves the challenge of a full transformation. Her loyal clients value her attention to detail, warm approach, and consistent results.
Experienced, approachable, and always up for a fresh styling challenge, Michelle is a trusted member of our team who loves helping clients feel their very best.
Lauren
Artistic Stylist
Lauren began her career as an apprentice at our Oadby salon and quickly proved herself as a dedicated and creative talent. After completing her training with distinction, she continues to grow her skills every day.
Recently, Lauren completed an advanced long hairdressing course with Joseph I’Anson, further fueling her passion for styling and updos. She’s known for her talent in plaiting, creative styling, and working with vivid, eye-catching colors.
Lauren has a warm, friendly approach and loves making every client feel special—especially when it comes to little ones experiencing their first haircut. She is a rising star in the team with a bright future and a genuine love for all things hair.
